Maxine Waters' office receives package labeled 'Anne Thrax'



A suspicious package reportedly addressed to “Anne Thrax” was placed at the South Los Angeles district office of Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., on Tuesday afternoon, fire officials said.
